Royal Lions Set the Tone with the Bat
Winning the toss, Royal Lions CC opted to bat and posted 173/9 in 35 overs. Their innings was anchored by Aman Tiwana, who earned the Best Batter award for his composed 40 off 55 balls (1 four, 1 six). He stitched key stands after early wickets threatened to derail momentum.
Contributions from Hussanpreet Singh (28 off 44), Japinder Mavi (25 off 24), and Yogesh Sharma (23 off 27) added vital runs, pushing the total beyond par on a tricky surface.
